The Doha Environmental Action Project and Sora Marine Training, in conjunction with Nomadik Hub, have teamed up to launch Scuba Dive with purpose a beach clean up to raise the awareness of the environmental damage caused by littering on the beach and in the sea.
Volunteers from different nationalities, different cultures and different faiths will come together from across Qatar around a common environmental goal:
Clean Maroona Beach and Underwater Shore.
Sora Marine Training, in conjunction with Nomadik Hub, will be on hand to provide FREE introductory scuba diving sessions to a limited number of clean-up volunteers in recognition of their weekly efforts to restore Qatar’s beaches natural beauty as part of Scuba dive with purpose. This will provide the underwater litter picking ability that DEAP have lacked in the past.
